Weekly, Fridays from Noon- 1:00, Join Cory for a one hour slow flow yoga practice. Cory will lead you through a basic yoga sequence, connecting the body movements to the breath. Ending each class in a relaxing savasana, you will be sure to leave re-energized and ready for your weekend!
