A City Without Art Has No Achievements Worthy of Recording with Dr. Ned Griner

The author of Side by Side with Coarser Plants: The Muncie Art Movement, 1885-1985 and The Magnificent Benefactors: The History of the Ball State University Museum of Art, Dr. Griner leads Alliance members through an overview of the genesis of the arts in Muncie during the 50 years following the gas boom. He will also address some suggestions for the future.
Presented in honor of Muncie’s Sesquicentennial and the Indiana Bicentennial.
