Ronn Brown – Portraits

Ronn Brown, native of East Central Indiana, was based in Los Angeles for decades focused mainly on photographing musicians, actors and models, and often worked for producers in the film and music industries. The exhibition at Gordy is a selection of 20 images made in the past six years showing Mr. Brown’s unique talent for drawing out emotions that are both expressive and contemplative. Most of the portraits on view were made working intensively with the model during extended studio sessions in both Los Angeles and Muncie.
