Tropics to Table

Visitors of all ages are invited to learn about the tropical plants that we rely on for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. BSU’s Allègre restaurant and local-business Queer Chocolatier will join us for this event!
Greenhouse Activities:
• Edible Plant Scavenger Hunt in the Greenhouse –all day
• Guided tours of Greenhouse –all day
Nature Lab Activities:
• Sample Rainforest Treats created by BSU Culinary students –all day
• Learn about chocolate with Morgan from Queer Chocolatier –11:00am & 1:00pm
