Yoga Nidra: The Sleep of the Yogi

Yoga Nidra, or, “the sleep of the yogi”. Is an ancient, sacred yogic process of meditation that is practiced to induce profound relaxation in your body and mind.
Yoga Nidra reveals that the inner fabric of each of us is deep equanimity or peace that is stable and steady and ever present.
Using guided imagery and body scanning, Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation.
Relax and tap into an underlying sense of peace that is always present within you.
The class will consist of a short introduction and a few gentle stretches followed by 45 to 50 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
Please dress comfortably and warm.
